Indigo Love endeavours to provide to its customers the best delivery service. We usually estimate all delivery costs based on ground floor/front door basis, unless stated otherwise. In addition to this, Indigo Love can offer a premium service which includes delivery into door, up to two flight of stairs or apartments with lifts with two men job available in selected areas only.
All deliveries take place during normal business hours Monday to Friday between 10am to 5pm and because some deliveries might involve valuable goods, our couriers are entitled to produce a proof of delivery.
Arrangements can be made for you for delivery:
If you will not be at home to accept delivery, our team can either deliver your purchase to a neighbour or to you at your office; it depends on your preference.
You could also be comfortable in such a case to have your order left at your front door, however note that, whilst this option is available to facilitate and accommodate you with delivery, we take no responsibility for missing goods.
Although Indigo Love does its utmost to provide you with a fast delivery service, please be aware that your location and order size will also impact on the speed of delivery. And whilst the company strives to provide you with the best customer service by providing the best delivery update, we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by a third party courier company.
Damaged Goods
It is the buyers' responsibility to inspect the goods within 48 hours of delivery. Damages must be reported upon receipt of goods and customers must adhere to the claims process, including proof of damages and arrangement of goods to be returned for inspection. Any damages/faulty claims or refunds after 48 hours of delivery will be treated as a warranty claim. Buyer must bear all delivery costs incurred in the claim process.
24 hours notification for fragile items
We require damage notification within 24 hours of receipt of goods for fragile items. This includes all homewares, accessories, glass top furniture pieces, prints etc. For more information on what products are covered under this policy please contact our showroom staff.
Indigo Love warrants all goods, except for fragile items including homewares, accessories and all prints. Any defects must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We cover manufacturing defects i.e. material and workmanship for a 12 month period.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage arising from abnormal use, no proper maintenance and modified goods. Pilling is natural and common on fabric, and it is not covered under warranty. Indigo Love has the discretion to obtain proof of purchase and any additional information to decide on warranty outcomes.
Any item requiring replacement due to wear and tear will be at the purchaser’s expense.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of receipt of goods will be treated as warranty claims.
Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part only. Indigo Love reserves the right to determine whether a part has failed due to a defect or wear and tear and whether a component should be repaired or replaced. Freight, labour and other items are charged to the purchaser at standard rates.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only who may not assign or transfer any benefit conferred by this warranty. For the purposes of any protection for Indigo Love, all subsequent purchases acquire the furniture “as is”.
Products will be repaired or replaced, depending on product circumstances and it is solely at the management discretion.
Refunds - Change of mind – Return Policy
For any change of minds, the refund will be entitled minus, the total delivery and collection costs, plus a 20% admin/restocking fee.
We also recommend that all items are in their original wrappings and not assembled or part assembled in any way. This will help avoid the 20% restocking fee that applies if goods are not returned in their original condition.
Upon receipt of returned goods, we will then inspect and, if everything is in perfect condition, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

The Indigo Love mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Indigo Love (“Indigo Love”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Indigo Love’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Indigo Love through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Indigo Love. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Indigo Love or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Indigo Love mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
