This petite vintage writing desk once belonged to a local village schoolhouse in Rajasthan. It has been crafted from solid teak and polished in a natural wax that brings out the beautiful warm tones in the timber. We think this particular piece would make a perfect side table or even a bedside, but we think it could also be fitting as a whimsical addition to a child’s room as a space for writing and drawing. The lift-top allows them to hide away their paper and pencils and all of their collected treasures.
