Found in Mumbai, this vintage writing desk perhaps once belonged to a local schoolhouse. It was crafted from solid teak over 70 years ago, showing hints of British Colonial design like the skilfully turned legs, and has since been polished in a natural wax to enhance the warm tones in the timber. It would make a beautiful desk in a home office space, but we think it would also make a great console table in the entryway of a home.
